30-Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) and Manufacturing Defect Warranty

If your item arrives damaged or non-functional, please notify our support team within 30 days of receipt. Once the quality issue is confirmed by our support team, we will offer a replacement item with your next order or provide credit for your next purchase.


90-Day Replacement Guarantee

For electronic items, we offer a 90-day window for returns due to rare manufacturing defects. Return shipping costs are not covered in this scenario.


One-Year Repair Warranty

All our products are covered by a comprehensive one-year warranty from the delivery date. This warranty includes free repair services within the warranty period. Prior to initiating a repair, please confirm details with our Customer Service. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, while we cover the cost of shipping the repaired item back to you. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or mishandling by the buyer. In such cases, customers are responsible for return shipping fees and repair costs.


Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please notify our customer support within 7 days of receipt. Provide a photograph of the received item for verification. Once confirmed, we will provide a return address. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. We will cover the return shipping costs and promptly send you the correct item at no additional charge.


Defective Items

In the unlikely event of receiving a defective item, notify us within 30 days of receipt. Contact our customer support at info@mywholesalebox.com. We will cover the return shipping costs; retain the shipping receipt for reimbursement. Choose between a replacement with your next order or a refund.


Damaged Items

Report shipping damages within 7 days of delivery. Do not refuse delivery; instead, contact us directly. Email us at info@mywholesalebox.com with photographs of the damaged items and your order number for prompt resolution.


Shorted Items

If an item's quantity received is incomplete, notify us within 7 days of receipt via info@mywholesalebox.com.
