30-Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) and Manufacturing Defect Warranty
In the event that your item arrives damaged or is non-functional, we kindly request you to notify our support team within 30 days of receiving the order. Once our support team confirms the quality issue, we will be pleased to offer you a new item with your subsequent order or provide credit for your next purchase.
90-Day Replacement Guarantee
For electronic items, we understand the possibility of a rare occurrence where you may receive a faulty product. To address this, we offer a 90-day window, during which you can return the item for an exchange. Please bear in mind that return shipping reimbursement is not available in this scenario.
One-Year Repair Warranty
By default, our products enjoy a comprehensive one-year warranty from the date of delivery. This entitles you to receive free repair services within this period. Prior to initiating any repair requests, please ensure confirmation with the manufacturer through our dedicated Customer Service. Kindly note that customers are responsible for shipping fees associated with returning the item, while we will cover the shipping costs to return the repaired item back to you. We would like to highlight that the warranty does not cover damage or misuse caused by the buyer. In such cases, customers have the option to return the item at their own expense and incur a fee for the necessary repairs. Please note that in such instances, return shipping fees will be the customer's responsibility.
